This site, by itself, has no forms and does not collect personal data directly. Session bookings are made through the external platform Toque Certo (toquecerto.online), and direct contact happens via WhatsApp — in both cases, the data you share (name, phone number, time preferences) is managed by those platforms and used only to arrange your booking and contact.
We use the data you share (name, phone, e-mail, service, date and time) to manage your booking and provide the service — based on performance of a contract — and to process the deposit payment and meet tax obligations — based on legal obligation. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent. We do not ask for or collect data about your health through this site.
Booking and payment data are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations (generally up to 10 years for tax documents). WhatsApp contacts are kept until you ask for their deletion.
To make the booking and payment, your data is processed by the Toque Certo platform (bookings) and by ifthenpay (deposit payment via MB WAY, a payment institution authorised by the Bank of Portugal). It may also be processed by Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram) and, if you accept cookies, by Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel), which may involve transfers outside the European Union with the applicable legal safeguards.
